Customer Loyalty points

Award, redeem and correct customer points without mixing them with employee rewards.

Choose the customer module

Customer Loyalty uses the loyalty-points entitlement and is managed by company owners and administrators. Its customer identities, point balances and history are separate from Employee Rewards. Enabling one module does not enable or fund the other. Points are not USD/LBP account balances.

Award or redeem points

  1. Open Customer Loyalty and find the customer in Balances. Create the customer in the customer directory if needed.
  2. Choose Award or Redeem for that customer. Enter positive whole points, the actual date and a meaningful reference.
  3. Submit and inspect History. Awards add points; redemptions deduct them. A redemption exceeding the available balance is rejected.
  4. Restore an archived customer before making a new award or redemption. Existing history remains available for review.

Correct an entry

  1. Find the original award or redemption in History and choose its reversal action.
  2. Supply a date on or after the original date, a reference explaining the correction, and confirmation.
  3. Review the resulting opposite points movement. The original entry stays recorded and can be reversed only once; a reversal cannot itself be reversed.
  4. A correction that would exceed the available points or balance limit is rejected. Investigate subsequent activity rather than editing history to force a balance.

Filter and export

Balances can be filtered by customer. History adds date-range and entry-kind filters. Export the selected balance or history view as CSV using the same company scope. A date filter describes history, not a historical balance calculation.

No automatic earning or payment

Awards and redemptions are entered manually. There is no automatic purchase-to-points rule engine, point-to-cash conversion or payment integration in this workflow. Use a reference to record the business reason, and do not interpret fictional demo points as a financial entitlement.
