Employee Rewards points

Keep employee and customer rewards separate

Enable Employee Rewards independently in Modules. It uses employee profiles, not customer records. Owners and administrators manage employee awards and redemptions. Members with an active linked employee profile see their own permitted balance and history, not the company-wide reward ledger. Customer Loyalty points are unaffected by these entries.

Post an award or redemption

1. Open Employee Rewards and select the employee from Balances.
2. Choose Award or Redeem. Enter positive whole points, the actual date and a reference explaining the recognition or redemption.
3. Submit and review the movement in History. Redemptions cannot exceed the available employee points.
4. Do not create a second employee profile to bypass a posting restriction. Review the existing employee status and company access instead.

Reverse a mistake

1. Open the original entry in History and choose the reversal action.
2. Enter a correction date on or after the original date, explain the correction in the reference and confirm.
3. The system records the exact opposite points movement and preserves the original. A previously reversed entry or a reversal cannot be reversed again.
4. Available-point checks still apply. If points have already been redeemed, investigate the dependent activity before reversing an award.

History and exports

Managers can filter by employee; History also supports dates and entry kind. CSV exports retain the same visibility restrictions. Current balances and dated movement history are distinct views; exporting a date range does not reconstruct an opening balance.

Rewards are not payroll payments

Employee points do not automatically add salary, reduce a payroll deduction or move money in Accounting. Any real-world reward policy must be defined by the company. The demo uses fictional awards and redemptions with no monetary value and sends no external messages.
