Employees & organization
Create employee profiles and keep reporting relationships clear.
Export the directory
Owners and administrators can choose Export matching employees CSV after applying directory filters. The download includes all matching pages, not only the page on screen. It contains employment and organization fields, including manager and team names, but excludes contact details, birth dates, emergency contacts, documents and salary information. Members cannot export the directory. This is a current-state CSV, not a historical snapshot or a native Excel/PDF file. Keep downloaded employee records secure.
Open the employee directory
Enable Employees in Modules, then choose Open. Search by name, role, email, or employee ID. Narrow the directory by department and employment status. Company members can view the directory; owners and administrators manage profiles.
Create a profile
- Choose Add employee and enter the first and last name.
- Add an employee ID, job title, employment type, status, and hire date.
- Select the department, reporting manager, and teams.
- Add optional contact details and emergency contact information, then save.
Employment types and status
Employment types are full time, part time, contract, and intern. Status can be active, on leave, or inactive. These fields organize profiles; they do not calculate pay or leave balances.
Private details and records
Employee editing is restricted to owners and administrators. Optional date of birth, address, and emergency contacts belong to the profile. Managers can upload private contract, identity, certificate or other documents and optionally record an expiry date. Choose manager-only access or sharing with the linked employee. PDF, JPEG, PNG and text files are supported up to 10 MB each; upload only trusted files because malware scanning is not configured. Archive and restore preserve the file and its history. Recording an expiry date does not send an automatic reminder.
